Only admin user can open new tickets, following these steps:

 

 

  1. Log in https://app.tuotempo.com/ 

  2. Click on "Support" 

  3. Click su "New Support Ticket"


4. Click on New Support Ticket

5. Now you are ready fill all the fields, explaining the problem following our indications:

 

  1. Important informations:

    • Instance name 

    • Describe the problem and write all the informations to reproduce it.

    • Attach screenshot, patient/resource/appointment data. 


Once you submit, the issue will be managed by our technical team and you will be update by email
