Only admin user can open new tickets, following these steps:
Log in https://app.tuotempo.com/
Click on "Support"
Click su "New Support Ticket"
4. Click on New Support Ticket
5. Now you are ready fill all the fields, explaining the problem following our indications:
Important informations:
Instance name
Describe the problem and write all the informations to reproduce it.
Attach screenshot, patient/resource/appointment data.
Once you submit, the issue will be managed by our technical team and you will be update by email
