tuOtempO's WhatsApp Business Account
tuOtempO owns a verified WhatsApp Business Account linked to an LVN (Long Virtual Number) from the United Kingdom.
When patients receive a WhatsApp message from tuOtempO, the UK number will not appear as the sender, because tuOtempO's WABA is verified by WhatsApp (the account is marked with a green certification icon). This means that patients will see tuOtempO as the sender:
Due to some strict rules applied by WhatsApp, a series of limitations occur when deciding to send WhatsApp messages through tuOtempO's WABA:
1. The sender cannot be changed (e.g. it is not possible to put the Center's name). This means that patients will see tuOtempO as the sender when receiving a WhatsApp message from the Center.
2. The sender logo cannot be changed (e.g. it is not possible to put the Center's logo). This means that patients will see tuOtempoO's logo.
There are no fixed costs when using tuOtempO's WhatsApp Business Account. The only cost to bear is the pay-per-use credit cost to send WhatsApp messages.
Open a dedicated WhatsApp Business Account
Using tuOtempO's WhatsApp Business Account is not the only option. It is also possible to set up a dedicated WhatsApp Business Account for your Center.
As tuOtempO is sending WhatsApp messages via Nexmo, the best thing to do is to open a new and dedicated WhatsApp Business Account through Nexmo.
