If appointment notifications arrive in your spam box, add the sender e-mail from address to the whitelist of your email account. This article explains how.
Gmail
- Open an appointment e-mail that has been sent to spam.
- Click on the button Not spam.
- Click on the downwards pointing triangle-arrow to the right hand side of the reply arrow.
- Click Add [The Sender] to contacts list.
Yahoo! Mail
- Open an appointment e-mail that has been sent to spam.
- Click Add to contacts next to [The Sender].
- Click Save in the pop-up window.
Outlook.com
- Open an appointment e-mail that has been sent to spam
- Click Add to contacts next to [The Sender].
Apple Mobile
- Tap the sender of an appointment e-mail
- Tap Add a new contact
Microsoft Outlook 2003
- Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
- Click Add Sender to Senders Safe List.
Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Right-click on the email you received.
- Click Junk E-mail.
- Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
Microsoft Outlook 2010
- Click the Home tab.
- Click Junk.
- Click Junk E-mail Options.
- Click Safe Senders.
- Click Add.
- Enter [The Sender].
- Click OK to finish.
Mac Mail
- Click Address Book.
- Click File.
- Click New Card.
- Enter [The Sender].
- Click Edit to finish
