Method 1
The simplest way to plan pauses between appointments is to add the length of the pause to the appointment duration.
Example: A Doctor has appointments that last 20 minutes and requires a ten minute pause between appointments. Set the appointment duration to 30 minutes. The duration of 30 minutes is not an information that will be communicated to the patient.
Method 2
You can space availabilities for online booking by setting a minimum interval between appointments.
Go to > Tuotempo > Setup > Center > Resources > Resource Name > Schedule > Booking Rules > Customize Online appointment rules > Min. Distance between availabilities
Example: A doctor wants a 45 minute appointment and a 15 minute pause between each appointment. Set the Min. distance between availabilities to 60 Minutes.
Note: This setting only applies to appointments booked using the Web online module.
